These terms govern all tattoo service bookings, consultations, and studio visits with Tinta San Miguel in Zaragoza, Spain.
1. Parties and scope
These terms form an agreement between Tinta San Miguel, located at Calle San Miguel, 12, 50001 Zaragoza, Spain, and any individual booking tattoo services or consultations. By booking an appointment or paying a deposit, you agree to these working terms.
2. Booking and quotes
All quotes are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. An appointment is only confirmed once the studio receives the agreed reservation deposit. You must be at least eighteen years of age on the day of the session and present valid government identification such as a DNI, NIE, or passport.
3. Performance of the work and access to the premises
Tattoo services are conducted in an authorized clinical environment. Clients must arrive on time, sober, and without open skin wounds or infections in the targeted zone. The artist reserves the right to decline tattooing anyone showing signs of intoxication, aggressive behavior, or unmanageable skin conditions without liability.
4. Prices, payment after completion and invoices
Session balances must be settled in full immediately upon completion of the appointment. We accept cash on completion and bank transfer against an official invoice. We do not provide credit lines or split delayed payments.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without losing your deposit provided you notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance. You may reschedule an appointment a maximum of two times before a fresh deposit is required to secure future dates.
6. Liability, insurance and complaints
Tinta San Miguel carries standard public liability insurance under Spanish regulation. We follow strict hygiene protocols, using single-use needles and certified pigments. The client is responsible for following all supplied aftercare instructions. Any questions or dissatisfaction regarding line support must be brought to our attention within thirty days of the appointment.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any formal disputes arising in connection with our services will be submitted to the competent courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
